Meet Tim, our tech-savvy fitness fanatic! With over 15 years in IT, Tim's love for fitness hit an all-time high when he discovered Fitstop's results-driven approach – it flipped the script on his fitness journey, turning it into a pathway to visible success. He's the soul of our studio, bringing his infectious brand of energy to our fitness family! 🍻

I’ve been a coach at Fitstop Brookvale for 2.5 years and am very excited to bring this training to the St Leonards and wider community! From progressive, inclusive training, a welcoming and supportive environment, to creating life-long friendships; Fitstop provides everything you could ask for.

With over six years of experience in the fitness industry, working in various gyms, I’ve gained my skills and passion for teaching classes and guiding individuals toward safer, more effective workouts. Joining Fitstop is very exciting as I believe the gym provides all the necessary tools to deliver exceptional training sessions and help people achieve their fitness aspirations. 

THE FITSTOP FORMULA

LIFT

A strength-based session using elements of progressive overload and functional strength. Expect compound lifts, isolation exercises, stability, and mobility to improve movement quality and overall muscle development. Feel stronger, look leaner and move better.

PERFORM

Programmed to take your athletic performance to the next level. Through the inclusion of compound lifts, explosive movements, fast intervals and full-body burners, you will increase both your anaerobic and aerobic capacity. Expect to work with intensity, push your limits and unleash your inner athlete.

CONDITION

Put your cardiovascular and muscular endurance to the ultimate test. Expect a variety of full-body conditioning, and high-intensity exercises that will keep your heart rate high for an extended period of time and push your limits both mentally and physically!

SWEAT

Your chance to get competitive in our team-based session. Rally your teammates to work towards a target, share your results and feel a sense of achievement! Start your weekend on a high training hard with your fellow Fitstoppers!
